Friday July 17
5-7:00pm Registration and Camp set-up
7:00pm Action Inflatables
7:30pm Crackerbarrel for adult leaders and SPLs orientation
8:00pm Movie - The Dish (about the first TV broadcast from the Moon)
10:30pm Lights out

Saturday July 18
7:00am Food Vendors available
8:00am NASA Live Interactive Video Conference of Mars Mission Design
8:20 am during the NASA event, the first High Altitude balloon will launch
8::50 am All out to see the second launch, and see live video from the first balloon
9:00am-12:00pm Morning MBs - Space Exploration, Radio and Composite Materials
(Scouts choose one.)
10:30 Possible ISS contact – if the shuttle launches on 7/11 or 12 this will not happen….
12:00-1:00pm Lunch Rocket Launches (Central Illinois Aeronautics, Rocket Club)
1:00-4:00pm Afternoon MBs- Aviation, Electronics and Nuclear Science
(Scouts choose one.)
4:30pm; Action Inflatables
Robot Demonstrations (Purdue University & others)
Segway Rides (Manteno Auto & Segway Sales)
Additional MBsTBA (like Fingerprinting & Archery)
Remote Control Airplanes (Champaign County Remote Control Club)
7:00pm Guitar Hero Contest and Oh Donahue concert following
9:30-10:00pm Fireworks (Jamaica Pyrotechnics)
11:00pm Lights out
Sunday July 19
6:30-7:00am Hot Air Balloon Launch (BAGI Balloon Club)
7:00am Food Vendors Available
8:00am Non-denominational Church Service
9:00am Closing Ceremonies and Awards

1. All camping will be outdoors approx. 50' by 50' sites (unless more is required) Special needs can be accomidated on a case by case. NO ground fires permitted.

2. Plenty of food vendors will be available for the duration of the event, or bring your own.

3. Of the major MBs listed: 2 three hour periods allow Scouts to earn 1 in the morning ( Space X, Radio or Comp Materials) and 1 from 1pm-4pm( Avi, Elec or Nuclear Sci) PLUS several 'easy' from 4-7 TBD like Fingerprinting and we've just secured Archery. MB sign-up is on-site.

4. Print the flyer (bottom of all the pages of this site) for registration form.
